Claude Brand provides an invaluable service with Neighbourhood Watch and now has over 360 homes on his e-mail list of 410!. A better description for Claude might be a modern Town Crier; from crime in the area to lost pets and social events he will keep you up to date with what is going on - but sadly, without the fancy gown and hand bell!
Cherry Rich is the Village Recorder responsible for keeping the archive of old photographs and documents but also records, usually by photographing, events and changes to the village as an ongoing concern.
